“We moved into a rental town home in Red Deer Aug of 2012, both of the bathrooms were in dire need of renovations, seeing that is a rental home I contacted my landlord about the upstairs toilet leaking waste water through the ceiling into the 1/2 bathroom below. My landlady contacted two Reno companies for quotes. We chose Fresh Renovations, the quote was a bit higher than the other contractor but the other Fellow didn’t even bring a note pad, pencil for notes or a tape measure… That’s not a good sign, plus he was very disorganized during the walk through.

The full bathroom (upstairs) that was causing all the issues, needed a lot of help, much more than my landlady had originally thought. The tile tub surround was Missing grout and leaking into the wall. I let Jason and Shane know my concerns and showed them both what I thought were “problem” areas. Immediately Jason contacted the landowner and relayed the findings.“My landlady gave the go ahead for a full bathroom gut, including new tub and surround on top of the already approved and desperately needed subfloor, Lino, toilet and ceiling in the 1/2 bath below. I had returned home to have Jason and Shane waiting for me with a Hammer and safety goggles.
I was gifted the duty of taking the first smashes at the old tile tub surround. Thank you guys!

“I had the pleasure of working with Jason and crew on the renovation of my entire 1200 sq. ft. basement in the fall of 2012. I can recommend them highly and without reservation. The project was to build bedrooms, a full new bathroom, 2 family room and bar area.
“Throughout the course of the renovation; the entire construction, sub-contract plumbers, electricians and other trades were consummate professionals. They were accurate in the initial assessment, drew up wonderful plans for submission of the permit and were exact in the estimation of the scale and cost of the project plus were absolutely clear and transparent in materials and record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well; communicating my requests back and forth explicitly. I found any and all questions answered at all times; even after hours.

They vacuumed or swept all drywall dust and moved their tools out of the way daily plus took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house and yard.
